Age Requirements: Purchasers must be at least 21 years of age to purchase a handgun or handgun ammunition. Purchasers must be at least 18 years of age to purchase a long gun (rifle or shotgun) or long gun ammunition. Valid government-issued photo ID is required for all purchases.
Background Checks: All purchasers are required to complete ATF Form 4473 (Firearms Transaction Record) and pass a National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS) background check prior to the transfer of any firearm. R3 Customs LLC reserves the right to refuse any sale.
Prohibited Persons: Federal law prohibits the sale or transfer of firearms to any person who is: under the required minimum age; a convicted felon; under indictment for a felony; a fugitive from justice; an unlawful user of or addicted to any controlled substance; adjudicated as a mental defective or committed to a mental institution; an illegal alien; dishonorably discharged from the military; subject to certain domestic violence restraining orders; or convicted of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence.
